Inside the Workshop
Every battery goes through a structured process of Source, Inspect, Test, Grade, Assemble and Deploy. We begin by sourcing suitable lithium-ion cells, followed by physical inspection and technical screening. Each cell is then tested for key parameters such as capacity, voltage and internal resistance before being graded according to its actual condition and application suitability. Graded cells are assembled into complete battery packs with the required BMS, enclosure and connectors, and delivered as dependable energy storage for solar, backup and B2B applications.
